In what amounts can I purchase a Gift Voucher?
You can choose many amount for your Gift Voucher (i.e. £5.00, £10.00, £20.00, £30.00, £50.00, £100.00). You can buy as many Gift Voucher as you want for the same person in any available denomination.
Can I add my own personalized message?
Yes.
Can I see my Gift Voucher before I purchase it?
No. You will however receive a copy of your Gift Voucher by email.
How is my Gift Voucher delivered?
Your Gift Voucher can be delivered via email soon after purchase to you or the intended recipient. It can also be delivered by mail free of charge.
Can I select a specific date for email delivery?

Do you charge sales tax for Gift Vouchers?
No VAT (sales tax) is charged when buy a Gift Voucher; however, purchases paid for with a Gift Voucher will be charged applicable VAT.
How is my Gift Voucher applied to my order?
The total value of the Gift Voucher will be applied against the total order amount including applicable VAT. If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Voucher, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
How do I redeem my d.vote online shop Gift Voucher?
To redeem a Gift Voucher, at checkout enter your Gift Voucher Code into the 'Gift Voucher' field and click the 'Go' button. The Gift Voucher will be displayed and you will be able to redeem any amount in one pound increment. The amount will then be applied against the total amount of your purchase.
Can I still use the remaining credits on my Gift Voucher?
You may re-use a Gift Voucher until the entire value is applied to purchases at the d.vote online shop. For example, if you have a £20.00 Gift Voucher and redeem £12.00 only, the remaining balance (£8.00) is available for use on a future purchase. You must re-enter the Gift Voucher Code at the later date to use the remaining credit. Keep your Gift Voucher Code private as it may be used by any customer presenting the Code at checkout.
