In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Exchange Policy
If you are not sure of which size to order, please ask a friend to take your measurements (see our Measuring Sheet) and have a look at our size chart. Our measurements are based on taylor's standards and may differ from standard items of clothing.

In all cases, if an item did not fit you, simply return it to us at the address below and we will exchange it for a different size for free. We recommend you to send your item back through a service requiring a signature on delivery, as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Remember to write down your order number and send your instructions for the exchange. For international orders you MUST clearly write "RETURNED GOODS" on your packet to avoid delays at UK Customs.

Made to measure items cannot be exchanged, however we will try our best to help if there was any problem.
