The following terms and conditions apply to our on-line shop customers. Specific wholesale terms and conditions can be found on our wholesale page.

Payment
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via a secure online payment page after you have submitted your order. We do not hold your credit cards details. These are required by our online merchant bank and we only get payment status confirmation from them. This way your payment details are secure at all time.

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to   have cleared in full.

Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in British Pounds. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. &nsp; monitor prices on a daily basis.

Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched to you either on the same day if placed before 3pm UK time or within 3 working days otherwise. International order will be dealt with in the same manner but you should allow between 3 to 7 working days for delivery.

Delivery Service & Packaging Notes:
Please note that although we take every care when packaging all our goods in the best possible way in order for them to arrive at their destination safely without damage, we cannot guarantee the condition of any parcel or goods once they are in the hands of a third party carrier service. In some circumstances, especially with aromas, they may not always make the transit without breakage. Please always inspect your order upon reception. Any visible damage to the package must be reported immediately in writing when signing the receipt. You should inform us as soon as you can of any problem with your order and we will either send you a replacement immediately or send you instructions to exchange the damaged item. Made To Measure
Made To Measure can be ordered on appointment with us only. Our workshop is centrally located and is open from 9AM to 5PM UK time from Monday to Friday. For standard items a charge of 25% over the retail price will be added. For non standard items a quote will be provided at the time of order. For all made to measure garnments an initial deposit will be required.

The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
