Your order will normally be dispatched to you either on the same day if placed before 3pm UK time or within 3 working days otherwise. International order will be dealt with in the same manner but you should allow between 3 to 7 working days for delivery.

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, please be aware that it may incur customs charges. We use WCO compliant labelling, which in most case should streamline the process. If a package is sent back to us by the customs of your country, we will offer you a full refund for your order, including delivery charges.

From time to time some items may not be in stock. We will endeavour to inform you of any delay in shipping your items. You will be offered a full refund if you want to cancel your order in such circumstances. Please inform us if you wish to cancel any order or part of an order, either by replying to your original order confirmation email, or by sending us an e-mail at: sales@dvote.com with your instructions to cancel all or part of the order (we endeavour to answer all emails in one working day). Please note that although we take every care when packaging all our goods in the best possible way in order for them to arrive at their destination safely without damage, we cannot guarantee the condition of any parcel or goods once they are in the hands of a third party carrier service. In some circumstances, especially with aromas, they may not always make the transit without breakage. Please always inspect your order upon reception. Any visible damage to the package must be reported immediately in writing when signing the receipt. You should inform us as soon as you can of any problem with your order and we will either send you a replacement immediately or send you instructions to exchange the damaged item.

Delivery Within The European Union (including the United Kingdom)
When packing and sending out orders, we use plain white or manila coloured padded envelopes where appropriate according to size, weight and dimensions. Larger items are sent in plain brown boxes. In some cases, mainly for large quantity orders, it may be necessary to split an order into separate packages, due to size or weight restrictions for postal services. This should not affect the cost of your delivery charge taken at our checkout cart. Should you wish to have your goods sent via any method other than the ones we offer, please contact us directly with your order reference. We will try and arrange for a different delivery service and charge you accordingly. We will only put our company name and address discretely on the back of packages as the sender.

Delivery Outside The European Union
The above notes apply for deliveries outside the European Union. However, some countries require by law for 'Custom Excise and Duties' controls to be made visible outside the packaging by use of an 'Inventory Invoice' declaring the contents purchased and contained in the parcel. In these cases our company name and address details will be displayed on the parcel. We will however still endeavour to indicate the contents discretely and with the minimum required descriptions.
